All vehicles entering the Central Business District between 7.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. are required to pay a toll.
All vehicles passing through ERP gantries on expressways and busy roads between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. are required to pay a toll.
The ERP gantries on busy roads continue to operate at certain times during the day.
In-Vehicle Units (IU's) are installed in all vehicles and a Cashcard (stored value card) is used to pay these tolls. The IU automatically deducts the toll from the CashCard each time the vehicle passes through the ERP gantries.
Ensure the Cashcards have sufficient funds at all times as fines are levied if the toll cannot be deducted.
